The last polls taken before the Pennsylvania primary has Hillary with a lead by about 5% to double digits. In a Zogby poll Hillary leads by 10%.
It looks like Hillary will win the state, the question is by how much and if she will gain enough to close the lead that Obama has. It’s very unlikely that Hillary will drop out after winning so the race that has been destructive to both Democrats will continue. Pennsylvania was probably the best chance for Obama to knock Hillary out of the race for a while with only North Carolina left to score a big win.
